Here you can search for key English words in the text citations of the current state of the lexicon.

You may search for a single word in a citation or for multiple words in the same citation (no more than 3, please, separated by spaces). Searching for common conjunctions and prepositions or any extremely common word of less than 4 letters will return nothing. (Three-letter names of animals and other realia are generally allowed, however.)

Please be aware that searches for proper nouns will not always produce complete results, since the less common names are often cited simply as PN or GN. In any case you need not capitalize.

NB: Always remember that this is a "live" display of the database, which is constantly being added to, modified, and corrected.
