The CPA alternate form ḥwzyr may indeed be a diminutive qutayl form as claimed by DCPA, but it may equally simply be an alternate spelling, for in CPA vocal schwas are indicated with a vowel letter in most orthographies, with waw regularly found in this use after ḥeth.
