שְׁבִיב‏ n.m. spark

spark BA^Dan, PTA, Syr, JBA, Man, LJLA. Dan7:9 : כָּרְסְיֵהּ שְׁבִיבִין דִּי־נוּר גַּלְגִּלּוֹהִי נוּר דָּלִק‏ his throne was sparks of fire, its wheels flaming fire. TN Gen15:17 : שביבין דינור‏ sparks of fire. PJ Gen15:17 : והא חמא אברם גיהינם מסיק תננא וגומרין דאשא ומבעיר שביבין דנור‏ Abraham saw Hell spewing up smoke and flaming coals and burning with fiery sparks.
