שָׁלְטָן‏ n.m. rule, ruler

Dan4:31 : שָׁלְטָנֵהּ שָׁלְטָן עָלַם וּמַלְכוּתֵהּ עִם־דָּר וְדָר‏ His rule is an eternal rule and His kingship is for all generations. 4Q246 .2.9 : שלטנה שלטן עלם‏ .
