PJ Num25:19 : אתגוללו רחמי שמיא‏ . TgEsth² 4:13(11) : ונפק עליהון בר נון במילתא דשמיא וקטל יתהון‏ . (in construct with itself) : highest heaven JLAtg, Syr, LJLA. TgO Deut10:14 : וֻשמֵי שְמַיָא ארעא וְכֹל דְבַה‏ . PJ Num7:89 : ושמע ית קל רוחא דמתמלל עימיה כד נחית מן שמי שמיא‏ he heard the voice of the spirit that was speaking with him coming down from the highest heaven.

Note that after Qumran the word always occurs in the definite form.
