שְׁרֶא‏ adj. free, situated

free, unrestrained BA^Dan, Syr. Dan3:25 : הָא־אֲנָה חָזֵה גֻּבְרִין אַרְבְּעָה שְׁרַיִן מַהְלְכִין בְּגוֹא־נוּרָא‏ I see here four unrestrained men walking around inside the fire. permitted CPA, Syr, LJLA. TgEsth² 3:8(7) : יומא שריא הוא‏ it is a permitted day [as opposed to יומא אסירא].

situated BA^Dan, CPA. Dan2:22 : יָדַע מָה בַחֲשׁוֹכָא ונהירא/#ק#וּנְהוֹרָא/ עִמֵּהּ שְׁרֵא‏ He knows what is in the darkness and the light stays (or perhaps: is clearly revealed?) with him.
