  inhabited place  LJLA.  TgPs83:13 : נירת לנא ית כל עידית אלהא אלהים  [MT נִירֲשָׁה לָּנוּ אֵת נְאוֹת אֱלֹהִים].  TgLamYemWT 2:2 : ית כל עידית יעקב  [MT אֵת כָּל־נְאוֹת יַעֲקֹב].

Used for Hebrew נאות, "pasture;" compare ˁdy #3 describing a type of field. But given that BH עֲדִי "lovely ornament" and נָאווּ "lovely" are semantically close, one must suspect that here, too, the BH usage of עדי is to be suspected. See s.v. ˁdy adj. #3.
