עָמִיר‏ n.f. hay

hay, fodder, wild grass OfA^Per, JLAtg, CPA, Syr, LJLA. TgJ Zec12:6 : כִלכוּש דְנוּר בְאָעַיָא וֻכבָעוֹר דְאִישַא בְעָמִירָא‏ like a fire brand in wood and a flaming torch in hay. TgProv27:25 : שווח עמירא ואיתחזי דיתאה‏ the hay wasted away and the grass appeared [MT: גָּלָה חָצִיר וְנִרְאָה־דֶשֶׁא].
