אֲדָמָה‏   n.f.  earth, ground


  the earth, the ground  Qumran, JLAtg, PTA, Sam, Syr, LJLA.  GenApoc 13.8 : עו]ף֯ ש֯מ֗יא וחיות ברא ו֯[בעי]ר֯ א֗דמא֗ ורחש יבישתא‏ .  TgO Gen2:5 : וַאֲנָש לֵית לְמִפלַח יָת אֲדַמתָא‏  there was no person to work the ground.  TN Gen2:7 : וברא ייי אלהים ית אדם עפר מן אדמתא‏ .  PJ Gen2:6 : ומשקי ית כל אפי אדמתא‏  watering the entire surface of the earth.
