  myrtle  OfAIdeog., Gal, Syr, BabMBK, JBA, Man, LJLA.  TgEsth2 2:7(1) : והות הדסה שמה כמה דאסא מטול האיך דבסים ריחיה דאסא בגו עלמא אוף היא אסתר  her name was Hadassah like that of the myrtle [Hebrew: הֲדַס] because just as the myrtle’s scent is pleasant in the world so is Esther.
