אָסְפַּרְנָא‏ adv. in full

of finances OfA^Per, OfA^East, BA^Ezra. Ezra 6:8 : אָסְפַּרְנָא נִפְקְתָא תֶּהֱוֵא מִתְיַהֲבָא‏ the expense should be given in full. otherwise BA^Ezra. Ezra 5:8 : עֲבִידְתָּא דָךְ אָסְפַּרְנָא מִתְעַבְדָא וּמַצְלַח בְּיֶדְהֹם‏ that work is being successfully finished up by them. Ezra 7:26 : אָסְפַּרְנָא דִּינָה לֶהֱוֵא מִתְעֲבֵד מִנֵּהּ‏ let proper judgment be done with him in full.
