בַּסִּים‏ adj. sweet

sweet Com. PJ Num33:46 : על דשבקו פתגמי אורייתא דבסימין כדבלתא‏ because they had abandoned the words of the Torah that are as sweet as fig-cakes. metaph. : pleasant, enjoyable PTA, CPA, Man, LJLA. GT B Gen2:21 : שְנָא בַסִּימָא‏ a pleasant sleep. PJ Gen49:15 : וחמא נייחא דעלמא דאתי ארום טב וחולקא דארעא דישראל ארום בסימא הוא‏ he saw how good is the rest in the World to Come and how sweet the portion of of the land of Israel. (of water) fresh Syr, LJLA. PJ Ex15:19 : ותמן סלקון עיניוון בסימן‏ sweet springs emerged there. PJ Num33:28 : אתר דבסימין מוהי‏ . embalmed LJLA. PJ Gen50:3 : ארום כדין שלמין יומי בסימיא‏ thus are finished the days of the embalmed (or: embalming).

Given little difference in meaning, one cannot be certain of the attribution of unvocalized forms between #1 and #2.
