צְלִיב‏ n.m. pole, cross

pole for hanging or impaling JLAtg, Gal, PTA, Sam, LJLA. TgO Deut21:22 : וְיִתקְטִיל וְתִצלוֹב יָתֵיה עַל צְלִיבָא‏ . TgJ Jos10:26 : וֻצלַבִנוּן עַל חַמשָה צְלִיבִין‏ . TN Gen41:13 : יתיה צלב על צליבא‏ . TgEsth² 5:14(24) : ועבד צליבא לנפשיה/לגרמיה/‏ so he made a gallows for himself .
