below, downwards JLAtg, Gal, PTA, CPA, Sam. TgJ Is37:31 : כְאִילָן דִמשַלַח שֻרשוֹהִי לְרַע וֻמרִים נוֹפֵיה לְעֵילָא‏ like a tree that send out its roots downwards and raises its branches upwards. TN Deut28:43 : ואתון תהוון נחתין לרע לרע‏ while you will be descending ever downwards.

דלרע‏ : adj. : that which is below, lower Gal, PTA, CPA, Sam, LJLA. TN Gen40:23 : חסדא דלעל וחסדא דלרע‏ . TgEsth² 3:3(6) : טעין בחיליה דלעיל ודלרע‏ carrying with its strength that which is above and that which is below.
