מְרַע מַרְעָא‏   n.m.  sickness


  sickness  Com.  4Q318 .2.9 : אם בתאומיא ירעם דחלה ומרע֯ [מנ]כריא‏  if it thunders in Gemini, fear and sickness from the foreigners.  TgJ 1K17:17 : וַהֲוָה מַרעֵיה תַקִיף לַחדָא עַד דְלָא אִשתְאַרַת בֵיה נִשמָא‏  his sickness became so very bad that no life was left in him.  TN Ex21:18 : ויטלק בערס מרעה‏  and he is thrown into his sickbed.  PJ Ex15:26 : כל מרעין בישין‏  all bad sicknesses.
