נִשְׁתְּוָן‏ n.m. document

official document, written response OfA^Per, OfA^East, BA^Ezra. Ezra 4:23 : אֱדַיִן מִן־דִּי פַּרְשֶׁגֶן נִשְׁתְּוָנָא דִּי אַרְתַּחְשַׁשְׂתְּ מַלְכָּא קֱרִי‏ then, after the copy of King Artaxerxes' response document had been read. Ezra 5:5 : עַד־טַעְמָא לְדָרְיָוֶשׁ יְהָךְ וֶאֱדַיִן יְתִיבוּן נִשְׁתְּוָנָא עַל דְּנָה‏ before the order could reach Darius and then they would receive a written response about this.
