נִדָּה‏ n.f. uncleanliness; menstrual period

menstrual period PTA, Sam, LJLA. TN Lev12:2 : כיומי רחוק נדתה תסתאב‏ just as the days the uncleanness of her menstrual period, she shall be unclean. TN Lev18:19 : בנדת סאבתה‏ . TgEsth² 3:8(14) : נידתהו׳ לשבעא יומא ונפקן נשיהון בפלגות ליליא ומסאבן ית מיא‏ their menstrual period is for seven days while their women go out in the middle of the night and foul the water.
