נֵהוֹר נְהוֹרָא   n.m.  light

  light, illumination  Com-OA-OfA-BA.  4QEnastr b 7 ii:6 : ובציר מנהורה שביעין חמשה  a little of its light: five sevenths.  TgJ 2Sam23:4 : כְנֵיהוֹר צַפרָא  like the morning’s light.

light source  Qumran, JLAtg, LJLA.  TgO Gen1:14 : יְהוֹן נְהוֹרִין בִרקִיעָא דִשמַיָא.  PJ Ex40:4 : ומתמן איסרטוון דנהורי ותמן גניזי חכמתא דמתילין לנהורי  from there (the south) are the paths of the lights and from there the treasuries of wisdom that are likened to the lights (i.e., light giving bodies).

enlightenment, understanding  BADan.  Dan2:22 : יָדַע מָה בַחֲשׁוֹכָא ונהירא  He knows what is in the darkness and enlightenment dwells with Him †.

JLAtg seems to regularly distinguish between nhōrā as a light source or lit object and nēhōrā as illumination (where a regular variant is zyhwr and may be involved in this [artifical?] distinction). This distinction does not seem to be maintained elsewhere and has here been ignored for lexicographic purposes.
The BA example should almost certainly be emended (with the ktiv) to nhyrw, q.v.
