פְּחַח   adj.  unclothed

  unclothed  JLAtg.  TgJ Is20:3 : כְמָא דְהַלֵיך עַבדִי יְשַעיָה פְחַח וִיחֵיף  just as my servant Isaiah went unclothed and barefoot.  TgJ Is20:4 : עֻולֵימִין וְסָבִין פָחְחִין וְיַחפִין  young and old, unclothed and barefoot.

Though used to translate Hebrew ערום, the JLA usage is clearly meant to indicate something like "all but naked".
