קְדָל‏ n.m. back of the neck

GT PP Exod14:29 : טולו בדרע מר^ו^ממא ובקדל זקיף‏ move on with raised up arm and straight up neck. PJ Ex32:9 : עם קשי קדל הוא‏ it is a stiff-necked people. as a sign of strength JLAtg.
