קְפָד‏ v.n. indignation

anger, indignation JLAtg. TgJ Ez7:25 var. : אִתקְפַדַת מְטָת/קפדא מטא/ וְיִבעוֹן שְלָמָא‏ it was afraid, it came (var.: fear came[=MT קְפָדָה־בָא]) and they will seek peace.
