רַשִּׁיע‏ adj. wicked

alone : wicked person Com. 4Q536.X2.13 : ועדן רשיעין ידעך לעלמין‏ the time of the wicked shall disappear forever. FTV Gen49:1 : ומתן אגרהון דצדיקייא ופורענותהון דרשיעייא‏ to give the righteous their reward and the wicked their punishment. PJ Gen3:24 : רשיעיא דמרדו בחייהון באולפן אורייתא‏ the wicked who in their lifetimes rebelled against the Torah's teaching.
