רְחוֹב‏   n.m.  open area of a city


  open area of a city, plaza  JLAtg, PTA, Sam, JBA, LJLA.  TgO Gen19:2 : בִרחוֹבָא נְבִית‏  we will overnight in the plaza.  TgJ Is15:3 : בְשוּקֵיהוֹן יֵיסְרוּן שַׂקִין עַל אִיגָרֵיהוֹן וֻבִרחוֹבֵיהוֹן כֻלְהוֹן מְיַלְלִין‏  in their market streets they shall bind on sackcloth; on their roofs and in their plazas they are all lamenting.  TN Gen19:2 : ברחובא דקרתא‏  †.  Tobit(Med) 5.5 chap 2 : ואזל ונטליה מן רחובא דקרתא‏  he went and picked him up from the city's plaza.
