סְִפָה שִׂפָה‏   n.f.  lip


  lip  Com.  TgJ Is59:3 : שִׂפוָתְכוֹן מְמַלְלָן שְקַר‏  your lips speak falsehood.  TgJ Mal2:7 : סִפתֵי כָהִין יִטְרָן מַדַע‏  a priest's lips should preserve knowledge.  TgPs63:6 : וסיפוון דתושבחן ישבח פומי‏  my mouth shall sing praise with lips of praises.
