תַּפְקֵידָה‏ n.f. commandment

commandment, order JLAtg, LJLA. TgO Ex24:12 : וְאוֹרָיָתָא וְתַפקֵידתָא דִכתַבֵית לְאַלוֹפֵיהוֹן‏ . PJ Num15:31 : תפקידת מהולתא‏ the commandment of circumcision. TgQoh2:15 : ולא נטר תפקידתא דאיתפקד על עמלק‏ he did not keep the order he was given about Amalek.
