  proper, correct, steadfast  JLAtg, JBA, LJLA.  TgO Gen1:31 : וַחֲזָא יוי יָת כָל דַעֲבַד וְהָא תָקֵין לַחדָא.  TgJ Jer5:4 : אֲרֵי לָא אֵילִפוּ לְמִדַע אוֹרְחָן דְתָקְנָן  for they have not learned to know proper behaviors.  TgTosPr Isaiah.57:14 : אפנו לב עמא לארח תקנן  turn the people’s heart toward the way of right things. trouble free, well established  JLAtg.  TgJ Jer31:9 : בְאוֹרַח תָקְנָא לָא יִתַקלוּן בַה  on a trouble free route on which they will not stumble.
