proper Gal, PTA, LJLA. TN Ex4:13 : שלח כען ביד דן דחמי ליה למשתלח‏ send now by means of that one who is proper to be sent. PJ Gen49:3 : חמי הוי לך בכורותא ורבות כהונתא ומלכותא‏ primogeniture, high-priesthood, and kingship should rightly have been yours.
