חֲסִיד‏ n.m. pious person

pious person JLAtg, Gal, PTA, Sam, JBA, LJLA. TgO Deut33:8 : גבַר דְאִשתְכַח חַסִיד קְדָמָך‏ a man who has been found to be pious before You. TN Gen28:12 : אתון חמון לגברא חסידא‏ . PJ Gen28:12 : יעקב חסידא דאיקונין דיליה קביעא בכורסי יקרא‏ pious Jacob whose image is embedded in the Throne of Glory.
