יוּבְשָׁא‏ n.m. dryness

dryness JLAtg, JBAg, LJLA. TgJ Jud6:37 : אִם טַלַא יְהִי עַל גִזְתָא בִלחוֹדַה וְעַל כָל אַרעָא יוּבשָא‏ if there is dew on the fleece alone while there is dryness on all the ground. TgIIChron 4:5 : תלת אלפין בתין ביובש תרין אלפין בתין רוטבא מחסיל‏ three thousand dry-measure baths contain two thousand of liquid.
