For Sam. see DJPA. In fact, though, the correct form is highly dubious; in the JLA tradition it is firmly established as kln with initial k_ preposition, and supposed Greek origins are quite dubious. Later targumim (as well as the vocalizations in JLAtg) appear to have misunderstood the initial k_ preposition in Onkelos as part of the noun, hence the double initial kaph. However, one could argue that in the Onkelos form an initial triple kaph has been simplified.
