This unique form, not attested in all mss., is probably an error for an original טבאית. If one insists on then reading, though, there are two possibilities: a) see nny "to lull to sleep"; perhaps, then, they bless her as she lies dying! b) read נינאית and connect with BH נִין, "grandchild", i.e., they give her the blessing of many grandchildren, a very ancient topos in the Near East.
