Syr
Med 156:15 ܠܲܒ݂ܠܲܒ݂ܬ݁ܗܘܢ ܕܝܢ ܡܸܬ݂ܒܲܪܨܵܐ ܗܘܬ‏ : their uvula swelled up ; Med 180:11 ܚܪܘܪ̈ܐ ܕܢܚܝܪ̈ܐ ܘܫ̈ܡܝ ܚܟܐ ܘܠܒܠܒܬܐ‏ : the nostril holes, palate, and uvula
2
craw or inner part of a bird's throat
Syr
KwDW 42:4↗ ܐܕܝܢ ܣܪܛܢ ܠܒ݂ܟ ܠܓܓܪܬܗ ܕܙܘܦܪܦ ܒܠܒܠܒܬܗ‏ : then the crab grabbed the heron's throat in its inner part

Wright understands the form to refer to a grasping part of the crab and emends to ܒܟܠܒܬܗ (see s.v. klbh #2) and is followed by LS2 in this conjecture, but we prefer not to emend.
