DurEurParch: Fragment of a letter, testament, or contractual instructions re agriculture, ca. 200 c.e., reading as per Milik, Syria 45(1968):97-104. The text appears to be the earliest example of the kind of dialect that underlies later Babylonian Aramaic. Witness prefixed lamedh in the third person preformative and the elision of final yodh on most plurals.
