In JLA only in the expression קומה זקופה, almost certainly a Hebraism.
The cited LJLA example is probably better understood to be a hypercorrection of sqwp "lintel, threshold" used figuratively, i.e., "portal", but see also s.v. zqwp v.n.D : "refutation, denial".
