Here you can search for a single lexicon entry in the database or for multiple entries using wildcards. Use the standard wildcards: "?" or "_" for any single character and "*" or "%" for any string of characters. For example: "?ny" will search for all triliteral roots/stems ending in nun yod; "mn@%" could search for all compound prepositions beginning with mn. (NB: Attempts to return large gobs of data using only wildcards are NOT allowed.) You may also search for a lemma without any wildcards, in which case the search will return all lemmas with precisely those consonants regardless of part-of-speech. For lemma entry you may use CAL code (see below), Unicode Hebrew, or [if your browser supports it] Unicode Syriac. |
