sprouting, growing JLAtg. TgJ Amos7:1 : וְהָא צִמוּח דַעֲדַק בָתַר דְאִתגזֵיזַת שִיחֲתָא דְמַלכָא‏ here was a fine growth after the royal cutting had been shorn.

growth (of feathers) JLAtg. TgJ Is40:31 : וְיִתחַדְתוּן לְעוֹלֵימוּתְהוֹן כְצִימוּח דְסָלֵיק עַל גַדפֵי נִשרִין‏ they shall be renewed to their youthful state like the growth that comes up on the wings of eagles.
