דְּבַח דִּבְחָא   n.m.  animal sacrifice


  animal sacrifice  Com.  Ezra6:3 : בַּיְתָא יִתְבְּנֵא אֲתַר דִּי־דָבְחִין דִּבְחִין  let the temple, a place where they make animal sacrifices, be rebuilt †. a meal made from such a sacrifice  Syr, LJLA.  TgProv17:1 : טבא הוא לחמא שרבתא/שריבתא/ ושליותא בה מן ביתא דמלי דבחי דדינא  dry bread with tranquility is better than a house full of contested slaughterings.
