  inhabitant  JLAtg, Gal, PTA, Sam, Syr, BabMBK, JBA, Man, LJLA.  TgO Gen23:4 : דַייָר וְתוֹתָב אֲנָא עִימְכוֹן‏  I am a resident alien with you.  TN Gen18:25 : דיירי ארעא‏  inhabitants of the land.  PJ Gen1:5 : ועבדיה למפלח ביה דיירי עלמא‏  he made (the daytime) for the world's inhabitants to work in it.
