מִלָּה‏ n.f. word, speech

word Com. statement, speech Com. Dan2:9 : מִלָּה כִדְבָה וּשְׁחִיתָה הזמנתון/#ק#הִזְדְמִנְתּוּן/ לְמֵאמַר קָדָמַי‏ you have plotted together to speak a false and injurious statement to me. matter, case BA^Dan, Gal, Syr, JBA, LJLA. Dan2:17 : מִלְּתָא הוֹדַע‏ he informed them of the matter. PJ Gen18:2 : דאישתלחו לצרוך תלת מיליא ארום לית אוושר למלאכא דשיריתא לאשתלחה ליתיר מן מילא חד‏ (three angels) who had been sent for the needs of three matters, for it is not possible for a ministering angel to be commissioned for more than one matter.
