פּרֶק   n.m.  segment, separation
לפירקין‏ : now and then, alternating times  JBAg, LJLA.  PJ Num22:4 : דהכין הווה תנאה בינתיהון למיהוי מלכין לפירקין  for thus there was an agreement between them to be kings alternately.

  parting of the ways or breech  JLAtg.  TgJ Ob1:14 : וֻדקַמתָא עַל פִרקָא לְשֵיצָאָה יָת מְעָרְקוֹהִי  in that you stood at the crossroads (or: breech in the wall) to destroy his refugees. joint  CPA, LJLA.  PJ Lev8:23 : פירקא מיצעא דריגליה  the middle joint [NB: BH בֹּהֶן] of his foot.
