The targumist is being splendidly playful here, even more so than usual. By choosing this form, all of the following literary and lexical allusions are covered with one fell swoop: the source BH term גַּנָּתוֹ and both its content and its similarity to גנון, "bridal chamber;" and the form פורינא, "bridal litter" and its BH cognate אַפִּרְיוֹן and its context in Song of Songs 3:9.
