GT B Gen4:7 : וּבִידֵיךְ מַסְרֶת רְשוּתֶיהּ דְּיִצְרָא בִישָא וְאַתְּ תֶהְוֵי שָלֵיט עֲלּוֹי‏ I have delivered into your hand control over the evil impulse and you will be ruling over it. PJ Gen4:7 : ובידך מסרית רשותיה דיצרא בישא‏ I have given you control of the evil impulse.

permission, authorization JLAtg, Gal, PTA, Sam, JBA, JBAg, LJLA. TgO Ex21:8 : לִגבַר אוּחרָן לֵית לֵיה רְשוּ לְזַבוֹנַה‏ he does not have a right to sell her to another man. TN Ex12:23 : ולא יתן רשו למחבלא למיעול לגו בתיכון‏ it will not give the destroyer permission to enter into your houses. PJ Gen3:2 : משאר פירי אילן גינוניתא אית לן רשו למיכל‏ we have permission to eat of the rest of the garden’s tree fruit.
