רוּחַ רוּחָא‏ n.f./m. wind; spirit

wind Com. Dan2:35 : וּנְשָׂא הִמּוֹן רוּחָא‏ the wind carried them off. 11QtgJob 34.2=40:6 : ענא אלהא לאיוב ^מן^ רו֗[חא] ועננ֗א֗‏ God answered Job out of the wind and the cloud. TgO Gen1:2 : וְרוּחָא מִן קֳדָם יוי מְנַשבָא עַל אַפֵי מַיָא‏ while the wind from the Lord was blowing over the water. PJ Ex10:13 : רוח קידומא‏ the east wind. fig. : direction, cardinal point Com.
