רַחְמָן‏ adj. merciful

merciful Com. TgO Deut4:31 : אֲרֵי אֲלָהָא רַחמָנָא יוי אֲלָהָך‏ . PJ Lev22:28 : היכמא דאנא רחמן בשמיא כן תהוון רחמנין בארעא‏ just as I am merciful in heaven so you be merciful on earth.
