רַחְמָנוּ‏ n.f. mercy

mercy, mercifulness JLAtg, CPA, Syr, LJLA. TgJ Mi7:19var. : יִכבוֹש עַל חוֹבַנָא בְרַחמְתֵיה/ברחמנותֵה/‏ he shall subdue [MT: יִכְבֹּשׁ] our sins with his mercy †. TgTosPr Ezek.1:1 : דאי לא רחמנותיה דאלהא עלאה הוה מתקלי כל עלמא כוליה בנורא‏ for were it not for the high God's mercifulness the whole world would have been burned up in the fire.
