סרִיס‏   n.m.  eunuch


  eunuch  OfAEg, JLAtg, Gal, CPA, Sam, Syr, LJLA.  TgJ Is56:3 : וְלָא יֵימַר סְרִיסָאָה הָא אֲנָא כְאָע יַבִיש‏  the eunuch should not say : "I am like dried out wood".  TgEsth2 1:12 : שבעא סריסי׳ גואי‏  the seven eunuchs.
