חְבַר חַבְרָא   n.m.  comrade


  companion, comrade  Com.  Dan2:18 : דָּנִיֵּאל וְחַבְרוֹהִי  Daniel and his friends.  PJ Ex12:46 : ולא למשדרא דורונין גבר לחבריה  not to send gifts, a man to his comrade.  PJ Lev20:10 : איתת חבריה מיבעלא  the married woman (i.e., wife) of his friend. animate beings  Com.  TgJ 2K7:9 : וַאְמַרוּ גְבַר לְחַברֵיה  they said to one another. inanimates  JLAtg, Syr, JBA, Man, LJLA.  TgJ Ez37:7 : וֻקרִיבוּ גַרמַיָא גַרמָא לְוָת חַברֵיה  the bones drew near to one another (lit.: the bone to its fellow).  PJ Gen15:10 : וסדר פסגא דחד כל קבל חבריה  he arranged one piece opposite its fellow.
