זְיָע   n.m.  earthquake; trembling


  earthquake  JLAtg, Syr.  TgJ Zec14:5 : וְתִערְקוּן כְמָא דַעֲרַקתוּן מִן קְֹדָם זְיָעָא דַהֲוָה בְיוֹמֵי עוּזִיָה  you will flee as you fled before the earthquake that happened in the time of Uziah.

  trembling, terror  JLAtg, BabMBK, LJLA.  TgJ Is21:3 : עַל כֵן אִתמְלִיאוּ חַרצֵיהוֹן זְיָעָא דַחלָא אְחַדַתנוּן  therefore their loins were full of trembling, fear seized them.  TgLam3:47 : אימתא וזיע הוה עלנא רתיתא ותברא. loud noise of frightened people  JLAtg.  TgJ Is29:6 : בִרעַם וֻבִזיָע וְקָל סַגִי.
