poor, needy PTA, CPA, Sam, Syr, Man. w. infinitive : need to ..., must ... JLAtg, Gal, PTA, LJLA. (usually w. ב‏) or relative clause : in need of, requiring JLAtg, Sam, JBA, LJLA.

For impersonal usage of the p.p. see the main verbal entry. LJLA exxs. governing the object with l_ instead of b_ are thus to be seen as scribal errors.
