This form is well established in Rabbinic Hebrew and Syriac, but DJBA implicitly rejects this form for JBA, preferring the readings as מלא, מלי adj. in every case. Given the Syriac usage, however, we prefer to assume that such a form probably did exist in JBA if not in JLAtg, if only hiding in the defective spelling without waw.
